== Background ==
Krom and Kaya were orphans born in the caves. They eventually joined together the [[Black Eels]]. They hoped to establish sort of a co-rule with one controlling the Rig and another being in charge of [[Junkyard]] docks. However in the end, his sister was passed over in favor of [[Dockmaster Silas]].

He is married.
