Quest item in study the rock creatures and kill the Beast.
Can be mined from Chromium Rock deposits in the Crystal Caves deep inside Foundry mines using a Jackhammer. Also a loot drop from Bladelings.
Unfortunately, these cannot be crafted into TiChrome Bars by the player.
