Mycokardia is a plot item in Deep Caverns. It can be found on the remains of Pulsating Roots deep in the Mushroom Forest.
It is used to manufacture Psimorphic Biocide Grenades necessary to open the gate leading to Tchort.
It is easy to miss the actual Mycokardia, the Pulsating Roots actually have three hotspots, though it might seem like they have 2.
