Wounded Man is character that can be met in a random (?) encounter.
Description
During encounter the man stands next to a Dead Lurker, claiming that he was ambushed, and asking for the player's help. If you have a bandage, you can heal him to full health, even without a Doctor (feat). But whether you decide to heal him or not, he'll die dramatically after the third time player tries to talk with him. High biology skill (up to 135 active skill) doesn't help him survive any longer.
Also, player have an option to attack him.
Location
He can be found south of Rail Crossing's train staion, on a platform.
