You can create a set mechanical lockpicks from any type of metal plate. The quality of the plate will determine the lockpick quality. You'll also be able to create extra lockpicks when using metal of very best quality. Metal

Produces a set of 5 Lockpicks from metal plates lower than quality 50. Quality 50-99 metal produces 5 Lockpick Mk IIs. Quality 100 and higher produces 5 or more Lockpick Mk IIIs.
