These goggles contain a pair of adaptive lenses and an image intensifier tube that provides night vision capability module.

The optional night vision variant of adaptive goggles can be incredibly useful in the dark caverns of Underrail, where light is a luxury. They have no AP cost associated with them, allowing you to turn them on/off at will during combat.
