Rick the Rat is a mutie living in the sewers of Core City, in a small camp west from the entrance. The only way to him leads through a trapped bridge, which can be disarmed with 60 effective skill. Otherwise triggering it will alert Rick (and on Hard difficulty and above his crossbow-wielding mutie companion) to your presence. He wields The Claw, a unique melee weapon.
