Fatso is a unique Warthog encountered in the Hunting Grounds. He is also a "boss" enemy, and on DOMINATING difficulty will appear with 400% of his regular health.

Fatso is an exceptionally large Warthog, easily rivaling a Bison Bull in size. The player will likely first learn about Fatso via a hunter telling his two friends about his failed hunting trip involving Fatso and another large Warthog named Jumbo. Fatso himself can be found in a den of sorts in the southernmost part of the hunting grounds, munching on Cave Ears. Fatso drops high quality Pig Leather.
Fighting Tactics
Fatso has extremely high health and also gains permanent Pain Suppression and Adrenaline Rush buffs when his health drops below a certain threshold, similarly to common Warthogs fought on DOMINATING difficulty.
