Boots are the main type of footwear in Underrail, and they come in many different variations. Leather boots have the lowest resistances and encumberance while metal boots have higher. Striders are a type of boots enhanced with springs, and they give extra movement points.
Any type of boots can also be reinforced with extra metal plates, which gives them extra mechanical and energy resistances, along with higher encumberance. Boots may also be enhanced with various metal blades and spikes to cause extra damage in melee combat.
Crafting
Boots can be crafted with Blueprint: Boots.
