Produces a set of 10 Bear Traps from one metal plate, which can be optionally coated with Poisons. If a poison is used, only 5 bear traps are produced.
The quality and type of the metal plates used does not affect the resulting items, but high-quality metal plates increase Mechanics skill requirement. It's best to use cheap low-quality plates.
Required skills
- Mechanics (skill level needed depends on component quality)
- Biology (only for optional poisons: 20, 35, 50, 60, 65, 75, 125 or 150)
Supported parts
- Metal plates
- Poison (optional)
- Black Dragon Poison (psionic inhibition)
- Burrower Poison (Bio damage per turn, stacks)
- Cave Ear Poison (+50% biological damage received, -5 Perception)
- Crawler Poison (Bio damage per turn, Stun on end)
- Spirit Poison (Bio damage per turn, reduces resolve, summons doppelganger of human enemies)
- Blinding Poison E (Bio damage per turn, reduces perception)
- Leper Poison E (Bio damage per turn, increases mechanical damage)
- Heartbreak Poison E (Bio damage per turn, massive damage on natural expiration)
Locations
- Sold by Harold in South Gate Station.
- Sold by Fredd in Camp Hathor.
- Sold by Kendrick in Junkyard.
