I'm planning on creating a page for the Core City Gangster Leader; and will use this image for the image tag (unless there are Wiki moderator changes).
While I found an exact portrait for this NPC (File:Punk2_l.png), I did not see a proper image for him; so I made this one. The 133x133 size is slightly over the 100x100 in order to provide a bit more context of his location. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Taggart (talk • contribs)
