Stalkers are some of the easiest low level humanoid enemies, and a good source of loot at low levels.
They usually are equipped simple weapons such as low-caliber pistols, knives and basic sledgehammers. They may also have some ammo and useful medical items like health hypos, if you can kill them before they use all of those.
Some stalkers reside in the Lower Underrail tunnels beneath Lower Underrail proper, just north of SGS station platform. They are usually alone, or in groups of two at most. They also respawn, making the tunnels worth checking once in a while when walking by.
