Incendiary Bolt Mk III Combat Utility

When fired from a crossbow this bolt will burn everything along its flight path and set its target on fire on impact.

Use: Shoots this bolt from a crossbow burning everything along its path to the target for 17-23 heat damage. If the target is hit it takes normal bolt damage plus 34-46 heat damage and has 50% chance to be set on fire taking the total heat damage suffered again over the course of 2 turns. Setting living targets on fire will put them in state of extreme panic. (AP: 29)
