In the past he was Kirill Gavrilyuk, an Apex Technocrat of Old Biocorp who was nicknamed "The Dragon". He is most likely the one who accompanied Anton Matveev in releasing the Mutagen in Old Junkyard. To this day he is still experimenting on Mutants, his test subjects seen outside and inside his laboratory. |
