Compass is a helpful tool in navigating the caves and tunnels Underrail. Using it adds a compass icon with a red arrow pointing to north over your character's head.
North is usually at the upper right corner of your screen, but there may be exceptions such as some particularly twisty passages in the Deep Caverns.
