Tactical Vest is a low to medium encumbrance armor. Thanks to its versatile components, it can provide additional benefits compared to Leather Armor even at the same encumbrance. An optional armor plate can be added to increase damage resistances, thresholds, weight and armor penalty. Tactical vest is very similar to Riot Gear, but uses an armor plate instead of a hand-held shield.
