Jookhela is a unique Ancient Rathound dwelling in the north part of Core City Sewers, accessible during Praetorian Security questline.

Description

Unique to rathounds, Jookhela demonstrates a high level of intelligence (for a rathound) and has psionic powers. Those powers are likely somehow connected to the nearby Mysterious Pillars.

Local muties living in the sewers have nicknamed it "the devil rathound" for its cunning intellect and ability to attack you with its shadows.

Quest involvement

Sewers generator: Jookhela dwells in the same part of the sewers where the broken generator is, and will try to stop you from repairing it.
