one location for this item is at rail crossing, Simply follow the rail road tracks south. As you go along the tracks eventually you will soon come into a area where it's very difficult to see. (Highly recommend bringing Night vision goggles or at least goggles that allow you to detect stealth enemy's much faster.) Be careful as the first area consists of lurkers and traps. Continue down south following the rail roads and you will see a luminated Ladder, climb it. From here just go about exploring this area, again it's filled with black crawlers so plan accordingly. Eventually you will come into a cave and inside that cave you need to climb down a set of rocks. There should be 1 black crawler in this area but once your done handling that there should be 2 skeletons. The skeleton that is located east south most will have a pretty powerful sniper rifle and the 12.7 contaminated rounds blue print.
