Kokoschka hails from Chniokovo Ludilo, a settlement found in the far, far West Underrail
Where did you get that from? Doesn't he say that his homeland is just to the west from Underrail? An unspecified distance to the west. Underrail consists of former Biocorp lands: North, South and deep caverns. One can physically explore all of South Underrail and there's no Gray army country there, no military bases and none of the towns. Kokoshka has no idea about Protectorate so he couldn't have come from the North. Nobody has any idea about Kokoshka either. Do you have a screenshot where Kokoashka says that he's from THE "West Underrail"?
