I was messing around with the Camera Jammer hoping that I could burglarize certain rooms in SGS that were not surveilled for only 5 seconds, but as it turns out if you hack something while the camera is in orange mode it will make the faction hostile. Initially I thought the camera jammer was at fault and that it made the faction hostile in the regular time it took to normally detect and it was an oversight, but it was not the case, the faction became hostile when the hack finished without the camera being in red mode.

I'm not sure if it's intended for them to chase or not, but there's a difference between sneaking past them on orange eye in real-time mode and turn-based mode; in the former they won't give chase and will still walk around, but in the latter they will immediately start chasing you.

... after killing the Rathound King. Everyone knows the Rathound King is dead but the entire camp will still immediately turn hostile if they see you wear the Rathound Regalia. Even something as simple as "by the way I stole his clothes and you might see me wear his clothes, don't shoot" would suffice.

Bugs / Severe framerate drop at Hopper cemetery

My frames got really low while in the Hopper cemetery area, not sure why as the only things moving were the Hoppers themselves.

Metal plates are not only a lot more inconvenient to carry but also means that you're within inhabited space where you can simply buy a lot of bullets from nearby merchants, which downplays its crafting value since you can't craft it "on the field" like you would with repair kits and such. Additionally the metal quality doesn't matter.
Therefore crafting bullets should use metal scraps for 1-2 scraps per bullet, as metal scraps are far lighter compared to metal plates (and thus far easier to carry) and do not have quality.

Suggestions / Safe Mode should decrease stats while it lasts

Safe Mode is the Second Wind equivalent for robots which provides stun immunity after a short circuit effect. The term "Safe Mode" implies that the robot is operating at a reduced capacity in order to become resistant to further short circuit attacks. According to Wikipedia:
"In safe mode, an operating system has reduced functionality, but the task of isolating problems is easier since many non-core components are disabled, such as sound."
Instead of being just the robotic equivalent of Second Wind, it should temporarily reduce stats while it lasts, including detection, movement speed, skills etc.

A rare component that can store psi mana at a rate of 1 per 7 quality rounded down (for example 20 at 140 quality). Instead of directly increasing the available psi at any given point (and subsequently the psi reserves because it's a multiplier of psi capacity) it stores psi like a battery that will be drained first when the player casts something, and it will regenerate when the player gets more psi than there is capacity for it (such as through natural regeneration or boosters).

Accidentally skipped the dialogue to turn in Cornell's head at Coretech by going for the "I went to the facility" dialogue option, now I can't turn talk to Rupert at all to give him Cornell's head.

I've done zero quests for the Oligarchs and have never interacted with the Faceless at all.
The only person I interacted with related to the Cube was the train operator and knew about Terry and Lora's fates.
Confronted Cornell, eventually progressed through Phreak's storyline until I was in the research laboratory.
Got a quest to infiltrate the Institute in my notes, but no option to update Tanner on the situation of the Cube.

You don't get the option to go back through the same pipes if you use them to escape his lair, instead requiring the same Perception check. I believe getting the required Perception is relatively easy but I'm still pretty sure this is a bug.

Asking Jon about both of them (each require Jon's Special) at the same time before going to Moe's for the food locked me out of the option of giving him his Special for information about Phreak.

That includes W2C bullets, Neural Overload, Plasma Beam (although in the case of Plasma Beam it's more of a case of armor-ignoring, the energy damage does not get blocked) and energy pistols (ditto).

Unique weapons vary a lot in effectiveness but are usually overshadowed by regular alternatives that you can craft, but what if it was possible to Disassemble unique weapons and use their unique component for re-crafting the same weapon but improved? Like the Power Fist yielding its frame and allowing you to re-craft it with better components (either becoming a dedicated recipe or managing to make it add a new crafting slot when the Power Fist frame is added), or the Red Dragon yielding its advanced tech.

I can't plasma beam a Hive because every time I try to fire it at a Plasma Beam the character tries to move around it.
