You need to do several jobs for one of the three factions (JKK, Praetorians, Coretech). Only then will they tell you to head in the residential district and give you your keys.

You can leave out crafting completely with a psi build, but you'll miss the excellent psionic armors that you can make with azuridae carapace.

Yes, it should definitely show up in the "Base" tab of the combat stats (that you see when you press C) along with every relevant character stat.

I created the Metathermics, Thought Control and Psychokinesis pages complete with a list of all (?) psi abilities of each discipline. Next step is creating and adding relevant info to each ability's article.

At which point does it not react? Also, "talk" to the gate and make sure every compenent is marked as inserted and ready. There was a bug in the previous version that would make the canisters disappear, for example.
