I think one of the better decisions for Underrail was the decision to have areas have a bit of randomization, the fragments and random dungeons, that sort of thing. Since Infusion will be higher fidelity I worry that will be much harder to do, but I hope it's expanded upon. As it is, Underrail suffers from areas becoming completely useless when you've cleared them, so a bit of randomization at least helps further playthroughs not be so stale.
