Yep. This would be great; a tiny random fragment event. Could handle it with straight up combat, or some stealth to get into better position or lay down traps or get to some console or something, persuasion/intimidate/mercantile to handle it without combat, possibly even hacking to open a door or activate a turret or something like that. Could maybe even just jump off the train (agi check to less damage like the pit in the west storage depot) to end up on some lower/upper (depending on where you got on the train) underrail rail map.
