Map zoom glitch

If enable shift+scroll zoom, zoom out and hold right-click to scroll the map, some locations and connections randomly disappear.

It seems bugged while completely zoomed out. I'll have to disable this level of zoom as I don't have the time to mess around with the renderer.

The same bug also affects surveillance monitors, peek through ventilation shaft or curtain and spying endoscope.
