After you get Cybernetic Spawn from Twitch to spy on Talloskis, you can go to Garren and snitch on Abram. The dialogs are the same as if you'd that during Abram's quest in Junkyard, so if you don't drop the spawn before talking to Garren, Kareem will pass you a message from Abram and an advice to run. But Abram is chilling in Oculus and doesn't become hostile, so it doesn't make any sense.
Maybe the option to snitch on Abram should be removed after the resolution of "Free Maura" quest?
