Bug or not, with Newton

Hello

I have just saved Newton (having killed all the critters) and when I go back to Big Bret, there is no dialog option to finish the quest. The same when I talk to Tanner.

I haven't captured the three hoppers yet. Maybe that's the reason ? or is this a bug ?

OK I got the answer by myself, completing all the quests of Big Brent. Sorry.
