I am new to the game and i really want to do an assault rifle build tough i am prety lost in waht skills perks and stats to take. and i am wey divided if i should take DEX or AGI for my build and i am wondering would it be also be posible to run a shotgun as a secondary gun ?
The current starting build im thinking of:

AGI:6
CON:6
PER:9
WILL:3
INT:7
FEAT:
AIMED SHOT
SUPPRESIVE FIRE
