Level 1: Can't use the "Personal Laptop", I click on it, nothing happens at all- intentional?
Console says it doesn't have power, despite the generator having been rebooted. Might be because I haven't started the
quest yet, and came here while exploring. Mentioning it just in case.

Mysterious Lady: Same thing as with Azif, when I say "I have to think about this", and try and talk to her again, I only
get an empty dialogue with her. Maybe check all the decision dialogues?
