Game doesn't fit on the screen, and I can't reach the options

The game doesn't fit properly on my 1600x900 screen, and I am not even able to reach the buttons for whatever graphics options may exist.  Is there any possible resolution to this problem, like a config file I can manually edit?  There's no config file under Documents\My Games\Underrail\config.dat, just an CustomPortraits folder in that directory with a couple image files.

Problem was caused by higher than standard windows font sizes.  Solution was to lower them to standard sizes, log out of Windows, restart the game, and switch to full screen.  Then switch the font sizes back as desired, log out of Windows again.  Upon restarting the game, the issue will be resolved.
