Deep Caverns missing canister (Spoilers)

So, I already managed to get rid of the Tchorts biomass covering the gate with biocide grenades , and have both all the parts and skills to repair the opening mechanism.

The problem is, it seems when I tried to install the first fluid canister I found (The one from the tunnel labyrinth) the game didn't actually register that, so I lost the canister but the game still wants me to install 3 of them.

I found another 2 in the warehouse, but I'm still missing one and have really no idea what to do now, reloading an earlier save is not an option.

My question is, is there any other place where I can found at least one more canister, and if not, is there a way to edit my save/cheat to get it?

I... don't think there are any fluid canisters in the labyrinth. There was a part there, yes, maybe some sort of valve or shaft (which your character inserted), but not a canister.

If, in light of that information, you want to explore some more, go ahead. If not (certainly understandable), here are spoilers about two more canisters you can get:

One is guarded by a lot of burrowers, as well as burrower warriors, near an elevator. The other is in the Tchortist base, behind the electronic lock. I know that destroying the Faceless base in Talos Outpost and rescuing the Tchortist hostages there will result in Harmost Stavros giving you access to that canister. I'm not sure if it's possible to negotiate their release with the Faceless if you are friendly to them, or if it's possible to get past that electronic lock in any way other than doing the quest. Obviously, most characters would find getting the one near the burrowers easier.

Honestly I'm getting kind of tired of the Deep Caverns, certainly not a fan of the design. I don't even know how I would manage all of it without stealth. Great game overall, nevertheless.

Is that canister guarded by burrowers inside a 130 hacking box? Because I can't really find it there, and my hacking is not high enough to open it. We are talking about that area west of the cave full of psi beetles, right?

I think that is the one. It's not in a box as far as I can remember, the canister is actually just a separate container or something, next to another container of some sort that holds some other mechanical part (something useless, I believe). It's in the southwestern part of the ruined building. I don't have a save in the region right now, though, so I can't really check.

Alright, I'm either stupi and/or blind or we are talking about different locations, because I cannot find a canister there, link to the screenshot below.

I'd rather avoid killing any faceless because I tried to be be friendly to them.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't there, just as I'm sure I found a canister in the mysterious pillars room in the labyrinth tunnels.

Could it be it spawns randomly in one of these locations?

I just got the canister from the scouting quest, thanks.

I got the accumulator and 2 canisters from the powered-up warehouse (and another accumulator one from the gas-filled lab, but it wasn't needed), valve from the lab with cryo-pods, the drive shaft I'm not sure because I was just picking all of them and it turned out I have the correct one already, one last canister from, how I remember, the mysterious pillars room, but if it's static then I guess I just picked it up from the burrowers location earlier and got in mixed up.

Nevertheless, I remember trying to install the one canister I had at the time, and after checking the mechanism again it said it still requires 3 canisters, so I think it might be a bug.

Ok, it's definitely bugged, or I'm just missing something.

After I choose to use the canister, nothing happens. There are still only two of them standing next to the mechanism and nothing changes.

Should I include the save from before using the canister, or after using it? Or maybe both?

Also, should I attach a certain file/s from the save folder to my post, or upload the whole folder somewhere?
