Join free drones - Mysterious lady not appearing

Hello,

In my current playthrough, after speaking with Captain Harvey first, mysterious lady does not appear at core city underrail train.

I have completed this quest successfully before with another character.
In my previous playthrough, i spoke to major Clifton (SRO) before speaking to Harvey.

Just reloaded a much earlier save and went through this sequence again. Looks like speaking to Major Clifton first makes no difference. Mysterious lady still doesn't appear. Not sure why..

Found the bug and fixed it for the next patch. Should be out soon.
