need help with psi abilities

need help finding the rest of the available psi abilities.

so far, i found:

-Psi-cognitive Interruption
-Telekinetic Proxy
-Cryo-shield
-Cryokinetic Orb
-Bilocation

thats about it. if you guys would be kind enough to post ur findings and where u found it, it would really help me out.

the the psi abilities that i really want is:

-Electrokinetic Imprint
-Thermodynamic Destabilization

I found electrokinetic imprint in a lurker base south east a ways from rail crossing in the underpassage. It was in a barrel and they will have dogs fighting. It is possible that it was RNG however

For Bilocation, do the Scrapyard quests for the Eels and be a little curious on the Island. Bring Flares.
I think you can actually buy Proxy.
