cant find the secondary elevator after tchort-fight

where is it ? i killed tchort, got the cube and activated the elevator at the console. after killing the faceless commander and his goons at the tchort-gate im now clueless. the elevator at the tchortist camp looks functionable but i havent got the numeric code needed to open the door to that shack nor does that console inside do anything (say it reads only strange symbols)...
please someone HEEEEEEEELP !

The tchortist elevator got stuck, it's the one you were in, don't you remember?

There is another one to the South, near a burrower-infested building.

IIRC there should be 3 elevators in total, the one that belongs to the Institute of Tchort, one that goes up to the Hanging Rat Bar, and one that leads to the caves southwest of SGS.
