Location Super Soldier Drug Blueprint

Does anyone remember where the Super Soldier Drug is stashed in DC. Currently playing a no lockpicking/ hacking character so I'm wondering if  may have missed it on playthrough because of it.

It's in one of the rooms in Residential building. You need to transfer power there first.
You probably don't need lockpicking/hacking to get it, don't remember exactly.


BTW i have same question but about Super Health Hypo bp.

I can confirm that hilf info is accurate.

Super health hypo just randomly shows up in core city merchs after a while.  I think the trigger is either level 20 or finishing the last CC faction mission.

I was pretty sure it was in Residential and went back and forth just to make sure before I made this topic. Lo and behold, the one room I managed to overlook this whole was time was where it was. I hate myself. Thanks.

As for the Super Hypo BP, I think what everyone has said is right. I found one behind a west positioned door at the burrower spawn point in the Tchorist West Wing. Don't know if this is static placement so don't take my word for it.

I'm almost positive all blueprints, excepting special ammo, are not subject to RNG.
