Mutagen Puzzle

Hi its my first time posting here

I love this game a lot, easily my favorite from 2015.

However, i'm stuck with the mutagen puzzle, i managed to hunt down all the mutagens but i can't put them all together form exitus 1.

I hate be that guy, but could somebody help me with this

Here are all the mutagens:


Exitus 1 V4 FO XQ X2 HX WD O1 OD BB CS

Ovid 1 CS SX XQ FO BB

No problem! It took me around 10 minutes. The puzzle may be different every time, but it follows a general pattern. If I had the save it might've been a bit quicker.

Good luck with the final fight!
