One nice addition would be the ability to attach cloth and other non metallic items to metal armor. This would be especially great for late game combat, maybe it could even be a metal armor mk.II or something. Another thing would be if we could attach metal or ceramic to leather armor to enhance protection. Such as how riot and tactical vests get to attach extras. Another cool addition would be a feat that would reduce the armor penalty for things like blast cloth and kevlar.
