Incendiary Collector

So far I'm about 30h into my first playthrough and I'm also using chemical pistols.
But I never found any incendiary collectors. Does anyone know where I can find one as no merchant ever had one iirc?

EDIT: Okay. Nevermind... Found a collector in RailCrossing...
