Grey army spec ops armor?

I see it on the wiki, I've murdered half their base but there's not one guy holding it yet, most are grenediers, gunners, a few snipers and luitenants, none of whom have it.

There are many more then you can carry.
May be difficulty related.
If you cant find any push the alarm button..

Am I in the wrong base? This is the first time I am in their timeline or using rifts. I triggered an alarm and there aren't any, unless they spawn in specific locations..

There should be 10 maybe more spec troopers  some get in after alarm is triggered.

I triggered the alarm, but they don't spawn. Im on Hard diff.

They come thru the north side big gates.
Dogs and few specs.
The alarm opens the gates.
Is not wrong timeline .

The Grey army spec ops soldiers only come out of the two northern blast doors in the main hall when the alarm is triggered.
