Enjoyed that telekinetic proxy running over all of you? Here, let me make it do that again.
Psi booster with 2 turns cooldown? Yes, please.
Consumables have cooldowns much longer than their effect? No longer the case.
Force field that is active 6-7 turns out of each 8? Sign me up!
Locus of Cotrol -> Enrage spam every 7-ish turns? Don't mind if I do.
Etc, etc.

And for using XAL pistol (reducing CD of Escape Artist) it's actually underpowered.

You're talking from a perspective of OP psion. Other builds have less active powers.

BTW it was nerfed already during testing - it used to have cooldown of 2.

It's ok but hardly critical. I finish most battles on dominating with my cave wizard without even remembering that I have that ability unlocked.

You are technically 100% correct, however, "most battles" are easy to begin with. 
And when it comes to "difficult" battles LTI essentially makes it so that you can not lose (as long as you aren't ambushed and killed before you've got an action).

The thing is, LTI is a force-multiplier.
Locus of Control once every 15 turns is strong, but CAN be beaten by attacking during the cooldown.
Locus of Control once every 7-8 turns is on a whole different level as for the first 3-4 turns the CC from the first LoC is still in play, and then psion simply walls off (with force-field or whatever) for another 4 turns.

Psi Booster once every 3 turns is +33 psi per turn. Once every two turns it's now +50 psi per turn.
Etc,etc.

That's just how it is. Balance everything tightly around cooldowns, then add temporal manipulation. Only one thing can happen.

I hope Styg eventually nerfs pure psi rather than all the weaker builds getting smaller benefits from temporal manipulation.
I've done a permadeath pure psion run on dominating without using thermoD and force field all the way to getting house in Core City. So quite a few nerfs would be necessary before it even becomes noticeable.

Yes, I feel Temporal+ other stuff builds aren't OP, but Temporal+Full Mage gets disgusting.

Eh, you can still LTI quick tinkering to get effectively infinite choke-point. Or LTI flashbangs, etc.

Indeed it is also good for originally non psi builds, but for them it comes at the cost of 25% health, which is a worth sacrifice but still a sacrifice.

For pure psi it's just a few skill points.

For things like locus maybe the nerf could be "can not reduce the same cooldown more than once until refreshed".

Or just prevent LTI from going on cooldown while in combat. That way you also have to think tactically when to use it to maximise the benefit.

It's going to end up as another one of those abilities that has a 12 turn cooldown, isn't it?

On a more serious note, you could probably nerf pure psi by increasing the psi cost of Temporal abilities, hybrid builds wouldn't care much, pure psi builds would.

Temporal Contraction is already one of the most expensive abilities, and precognition isn't cheap either. Psi builds have many ways to reduce costs, so its not a big deal for them.
