killing tchort problems...(level 27)

Used to be, you could use a sniper rifle, range shots, and take it out. But, since Styg updated, that option is no longer viable. 2000 HP can be formidable.

Best course is to take out the tentacles as you can, stealth over to all the Bio canister sites, destroy them, and then take our the Tchort.

Re-heal as needed, and take your time. it should work

Looking at the save file, yes I would recommend you to abandon it and restart.

I'm actually really impress OP managed to reach the final boss with this build on normal. Good work OP! However I think you'll have a better experience restarting using a more optimized character.

  really bad men, what you recomend to make whit the stats? i never play a game like this before so i really dont know what to do, i try to destroy mutagens on the final but the enemies keep regenerating don't allow me a break

imposible the enemies keep regenerating i dont give any break.

You stats are all over the place - killing stuff with assault rifle but only have 4 PER. The only good stat is 10 WIL but you have really low effective psi skills, no high level psi gears (headband, tact vest), can't craft high end drugs (focus stim, regenerative mixture, supersoldier drugs, trance, etc), no premeditation, no locus of control. You are already at level 27 so 3 level worth of skills point isn't going to change that. On top of that you are already at DC which mean you can't really go back to your house in order to use work bench to re-craft all your gears.

A better player than I might disagree, but I think your char is in a no-win situation against the final boss and the best choice here is to restart.

hi mate, done that, the most i can get closer to the eye, i can make some burst there but no chance to kill him.

Then the only option you have is to cheat 
Install Cheat engine and increase your health to 100000.
If you liked the game you may want to beat it again with a solid min-maxed build and do different story choices, join different factions, etc. The game is highly replayable.
If you'll need help with building future character, ask here and we'll help you.

If OP want to cheat using cheat engine he might as well set his AP to unlimited, that way he'll beat the game and see the ending at least.
