Zone transition error in Black Sea expedition

Hi, I'm having this error in the expedition area; after I went to Joint Security Headquarters, I received a call because the camp was under attack; I answered I'll go ASAP but I decided to explore first the Headquarters.
When I was coming back, I received another call that the they repealed the natives; went to professor and talk to him about my discoveries.
The problem is that I can't access back to the area where the jet skies are; I parked mine there, so I can't get out of the island!
Tried changing another zones, without error; tried disabling autosave in transitions, the error pop up; tried with the experimental branch, the error pop too; also, tried playing with my antivirus disabled and putting the folder in an exception list, and none of these seems to work.
