Crash on Save

Hi

Recently bought the base version of the game and whenever it tries to save the game will hang and never respond.

I've added the My Games/Underrail folder to the exclusion list on windows defender but still no avail, also tried running as admin, in both windowed and fullscreen as per some previous posts

running on Windows 10

Not sure what to try at this point, really want to give it a go though

Are any logs generated in Documents\My Games\Underrail when this happens?

No logs are generated, the save does work, but the game hangs after the save is complete
