Some general expedition questions

Just started expedition and I have a few questions I can't seem to find answers to. Firstly, do I lose anything if I choose to join the pirates and massacre Aegis. Secondly, how do I get the philosophy feat, I know you have to have a certain amount of INT and talk to the ferryman but I think I might be missing something. Third, is there any way to avoid the body horror feat without high will? The wiki makes it seem like having low Will guarantees that you get it, and the resolve penalty seems like something I'd want to avoid. Finally where does Razor go after you join the pirates, and can I kill Cruzer for his mask without angering the pirates. Any answers or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Razor goes to port crag.

 You need a min int of 7 for philosophy 1 & 2, you need at least 9 int to get the 3rd level of the philosophy feat to talk to Ferryman about philosophy, and you need to at least open 1 lemurian facility.

 You might be able to kill Cruzer with gas grenades, not sure.

 You can't avoid body horror without high will if you want to beat expedition.

 If you choose to kill aegis you will miss out on some story from Seeger because you need him to decode the fold-m-7.

I came up with a few more questions just recently, is storing my stuff in a "stuff" pile on the ground safe? I can't find anywhere else to put it in port ceto. Does going through with the pirate raid questline anger the protectorate and Black Eels?

I came up with a few more questions just recently, is storing my stuff in a "stuff" pile on the ground safe? I can't find anywhere else to put it in port ceto. Does going through with the pirate raid questline anger the protectorate and Black Eels?

Ended up answering my own questions. Storing things in a stuff pile seems to be completely okay, almost an irl day of gameplay and the stuff pile was just fine. Going through the pirate raid quests does not affect your relations with either the protectorate or the Junkyard Black Eels. Even the merchants and non-Eels at The Rig will still be friendly with you. I was very relived to find out I could still remain on good terms with both of those factions.

You can just leave that place withoutn killing the doctor, afaik
