Expedition Main Quest (stuck)

Hi all

Need help, currently stuck on main expedition quest to check the Lemurian health center but for some reason there is no console for me to interact with to summon the receptionist.
I have literally explored the whole map at this point and backtracked to find out if anything was missed but no luck.
I have exterminated in the process every Native/Pirate/Mutant on the map.

From memory the trigger for the receptionist is in the foyer of the medical center in a small room to the south. What previous main expedition quests have you finished?

If you upload your save to a filesharing site I'm happy to take a gander at it.
