I travelled to the Silent Isle to retrieve the lost cargo, found it, went to return it and he wont accept it? There is an X through the quest, however I did exactly what he told me to do? Is there a way around this? Doesn't seem like I can progress until I save up 1500 Stygian coins, which would take a while.
