I freshly installed Underrail on a new pc via steam, however, when I launch the game it crashes soon after the loading bar appears. According to my control panel the issue lies in the Kernelbase.ddl so I went forum hopping for a solution. I tried reinstalling XNA 4.0, .Net, fiddled with my media player, cleared my steam download cache and even verified the integrity of my game files yet nothing seems to work.
