Also not a bug, but the lockpick checks are skill 35 when this zone appears next to the rathound outposts. And there is a industrial bot???

Fixed for the next update. The Safe can be unlocked with a key found somewhere within the dungeon (once you beat or sneak through the encounter). Industrial bot should be dominating only.
