This may be intended, but corrosive acid doesnt reduce the acid or bio resistance of armor (just the threshhold), or at least the cau/bio boots.

If resistance is 100% it's intended. What's your bio resistance?

So the debuff should only affect you if you took damage from the acid? I take 0 damage but still get the debuff, but it doesnt affect acid/bio DR. It does affect DT, and DRs of other types.

Acid is nasty so all its status effect care not for doing damage. Even when damage is fully blocked by an energy shield.
I complained about all acid status effects being applied despite 0 damage at some point and Styg said he doesn't have a problem with that. Although i'm not sure if he considered all damage being blocked by an energy shield.
