Where do I get the update?

There is mention of an update but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I put the game down after xteenth time through and just came back to see reference to an update but no links (that I can  find)

STEAM - I have been looking for a link or something since  I saw the news (this machine is my BOINC QuakeCatcher machine that I leave running 24/7 - I can go for days before I come in and check out the activity).

My Steam version was updated automatically, If the version number on the title screen is 0.1.11.1 you've got the latest update.

Well, DUH! Thanks, I shoulda figured that out myself - I came back unable to move. Suddenly, everything had weight. Now I found the new area where the pigs run wild - lotsa fun
