Is snipe damage affected by armor penalty?

I've been thinking about making tungsten sniper for some reason.

My guess? 95% chance it is. Best suggestion: Go ask raven for snipe savefile and do science on your own.

Easy as buying some tungsten armor.

Just tested it. Snipe is affected by armor penalty. I don't know what i expected to be honest.
